My approach is grounded in psychoanalysis while remaining focused on the challenges  that affect a person’s life today. I provide a space to explore current experiences with  curiosity and openness, while also examining the underlying meanings that shape them.

The initial consultation marks the beginning of the therapeutic process. It may arise from  a specific challenge, a question, a wish for change, or simple a sense that something is  not quite right.

As the process unfolds, therapy can take different forms depending on what emerges.  Sometimes it remains focused on addressing a specific difficulty, while at other times it  becomes a deeper process that allows for a broader understanding of ways of thinking,  feeling, and relating to others.

Lasting change comes not only from learning strategies to manage difficulties, but also  from developing a deeper  understanding of oneself and the experiences that have  shaped one’s life.

That is why understanding how problems have emerged and evolved over time, and the  role they have come to play in a person’s life, is an important part of the therapeutic  process.

As life changes and we grow, new questions naturally emerge. Therapy provides a  space to reflect on those changes, receive support, make sense of new life  experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My role is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make, but to accompany you in  discovering what feels meaningful and authentic for your own life.

I see each person as unique, with their own story, history, and way of being in the world.  My role is to listen, encourage curiosity and reflection, and support the process of  discovering a way forward.
